Before twenty five much of the health management happens on itself, but after twenty five everybody needs to put an extra effort to stay fit. </p>
<p style="text-align:justify">I am 28 years old and recently when I tried a <a href="http://www.kingandallen.co.uk/3-piece-suits/">3 piece suit</a> that I had bought last year, I found that it was too tight for me. I could barely wear the coat. I was surprised to see the weight I had gained in just one year. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">My mom always used to brag about my fitness and would say that even if my son gains some extra weight, he will easily put it off with exercise. Thinking of that, I started working out and after a week when I checked my weight, I found that it had increased again. I thought to myself that it was because I was gaining muscles due to exercise. But when I checked my weight after two more weeks of intense exercise, my weight was back to what it was before I started exercising. I was both surprised and frustrated. I had read quite a few fitness articles and was now starting to believe that the body changes radically after crossing the twenty five years old mark. </p>

I think this is because we have tried and learnt about all the things that we were curious about and were ready to settle down. Well, there are certain things that we might have pursued, but realized that it was not our cup of tea. Anyways the point is to make ourselves active as much as possible. Computers can be a great barrier when you want to stay fit. It is nearly impossible to keep your whole body active while sitting in front of the computer. I think if we spend more time away from our laptops and other similar gadget we might increase our activity levels. Going to the gym or to the swimming pool at least three times a week can also greatly help. </p>

<p >Last week my colleague enrolled himself for a gym membership. I was wondering how much we are conscious about our fitness and looks. People spend a lot of money to keep themselves fit. Most of us will start thinking about being fit when our belly starts to show up. Going to gym is a good way of keeping fit. <p >Workout is something that can also be done at home. Our body weight and gravity works exactly the way any machine works in a gym. If you are looking for intense work out all you need is a bench press and a set of dumbbells. People who have recently started their way to fitness can do the basic bodyweight exercises so that the body muscles would become used to strain. </p>
<p >First and foremost to start with fitness at home we need to find a suitable place where we could do our exercises and keep the necessary equipments for exercise. Also bear in mind the place that we select should not be out of sight, it should be located in way that you pass by that place often. This would remind you to exercise regularly. </p>
<p >There are no set standards for exercise, as these are tailored to the need of each individual. The best way is to make a note of the goals you expect to fulfill from your fitness program. Once the goals are set, with the help of an expert, you can identify the exercises that are appropriate to achieve them. If you have any kind of disability or issues with health, meet a doctor before you start the fitness program.</p>

I love apples and apples are always a part of my room. I have them in my room not only to keep them as a part of my daily diet but I also find nice red apples very beautiful. It gives a natural touch to the room. And of course when you are very hungry, it is better to have an apple than to <span id="more-6098"></span>snack on some junk food.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; font-family: &rsquo;times new roman&rsquo;,&rsquo;new york&rsquo;,times,serif; font-size: 16px;">Since our childhood days we have heard that an apple a day will keep the doctor away. No one ever told me the reason behind it. I wondered if doctors do not like apples or was it because apples have some magical powers. One thing I could surely testify as I grew up was that in case of constipation or any other stomach related problems, apples could do a good job. And it seems like the apple is at work, immediately after you have it. It is also said that apples also help you to have a smooth skin, by reducing many of the scars and acne that come up. I think this is mostly because of the powerful antioxidants that are available in the apple, about which I read while going through an <a href="http://www.supersavvyme.com/product/triedandtested/product-review/pampers/underjams-for-girls.aspx?sort=mostrecent&#038;display=10&#038;page=5">underjams review</a>. </p>

These are the fumes of digestion in our body. The best way to deal with them is to have anti-oxidants. While green tea is a popular source of anti-oxidant, as per recent research apples are also full of powerful antioxidants. Also two apples a day can produce enough anti oxidants to keep some diseases like Alzheimer away. So have some apples and make your day healthier.</p>
