Two Apples a Day
Even if apple is not your favorite fruit, chances are that you do not dislike them. I love apples and apples are always a part of my room. I have them in my room not only to keep them as a part of my daily diet but I also find nice red apples very beautiful. It gives a natural touch to the room. And of course when you are very hungry, it is better to have an apple than to snack on some junk food.
Since our childhood days we have heard that an apple a day will keep the doctor away. No one ever told me the reason behind it. I wondered if doctors do not like apples or was it because apples have some magical powers. One thing I could surely testify as I grew up was that in case of constipation or any other stomach related problems, apples could do a good job. And it seems like the apple is at work, immediately after you have it. It is also said that apples also help you to have a smooth skin, by reducing many of the scars and acne that come up. I think this is mostly because of the powerful antioxidants that are available in the apple, about which I read while going through an underjams review.
Our body regularly produces molecules of reactive oxygen or free radicals that spoil our skin inside out by increasing the internal temperatures of our body. These are the fumes of digestion in our body. The best way to deal with them is to have anti-oxidants. While green tea is a popular source of anti-oxidant, as per recent research apples are also full of powerful antioxidants. Also two apples a day can produce enough anti oxidants to keep some diseases like Alzheimer away. So have some apples and make your day healthier.
