How I Keep Myself Fit and Healthy

Being a 38 year old woman, it is tough keeping myself in shape these days. This is especially true after having 3 children. Needless to say, I still care about how I look and do my best to keep myself trim and looking young. Below are some of my health and fitness secrets.

Green Tea: I am an avid drinker of green tea. I like the taste and I like the fact that it helps in my weight loss goals. They say this tea can help you burn up to 70 calories a day alone. That’s pretty good for simply sipping on a cup of tea that I enjoy anyway.

Morning Walk: I love to start my day off with a brisk morning walk. It is very peaceful and full of mother nature’s animals singing. It’s a great way for me to keep active and stay trim. Being a work at home mom does not get me out much so I really enjoy these morning walks.

Calories: I watch my calories. It has been said that a girl my age should be consuming at least 1700 calories a day. I’m on a diet where I consume 500 less each day which will enable me to lose a lb a week. I plan on continuing this diet until I reach my weight loss goal.

Multivitamin supplements with EGCG: I take one faithfully everyday. EGCG is the same ingredient that Green teal has in it, so not only am I getting my essential vitamins and minerals, but I am also helping myself stay on track with my diet.

These are just some of the ways I stay fit and healthy. My kids also have a part in that as well as they keep me very active and on my toes. Nothing keeps a mommy more active than running after her little ones.
